How to erase your Jóli account
- Open getzurla.com and sign in (email, Google, or Facebook).
- Go to Settings → ACCOUNT → Delete account, or open the erase form at /delete-account.
- Type DELETE and confirm. We remove your login and anonymise profile faces; on-device Jóli data is wiped when erase succeeds.
Email request (no app install)
Email hello@jolinaija.com with subject Delete my Jóli account and the email address on the account. We verify the request before erasing.
What we keep (legal retention)
Transaction, payout, and anti-fraud / AML records may be retained for periods required by financial and tax rules (often 5–7+ years depending on Market), with personal identifiers removed where practicable. Facebook Login data
If you signed in with Facebook, erasing your Jóli account removes the Jóli account linked to that login. You can also remove Jóli under Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. This page is our Data Deletion Instructions URL for Meta (not an automated Facebook callback webhook).
